At ROYALE NATIONWIDE LIMOUSINES, we strive to provide the highest quality car services to our customers. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established a no refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are not granted and the options available to customers.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a service has been rendered and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all car services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
  • Repairs and part replacements
  • Diagnostic services
  • Detailing and cleaning services
  • Any other services provided by Royale Nationwide Limousines

3. Any/All Cancellations MUST be made within 24 Hours of existing Reservation.

4. Service Satisfaction

We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with the services they receive. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the service date. We will work to provide other remedies to ensure your satisfaction.
